Sunday 29th June: Trinity 2 and St Peter's Day

The Vicarage is feeling rather empty after the packing and removal of many of our things to Tiverton so that Moira can start her work as a bishop from next Sunday. On the other hand, it means fewer distractions for me from ‘stuff’. But again, our dog Tess is feeling a bit uncertain and missing her chair in the study where she has the habit of going (to ‘work’ as we like to joke) in the mornings.
Thank you to everyone who has spoken and written to us with good wishes for Moira, especially from those who aren’t able to come to St Paul’s cathedral and Lambeth Palace. We look forward to being with those of you who are coming to London on Thursday.
This Sunday at our 10am service we celebrate baptism with the Eperson and Godden families.
May we be guided by the Holy Spirit in the life of our church,
Tim
